Previous Moments Not Loading (seeing "That's All!"

If you are seeing "That's All!" and additional moments should be loading (i.e., you have not reached the end of the feed), the fix is to force-quit the app by double-pressing the physical home button on the iPhone/iPad, and then sliding the Notabli screen image up off the screen. Then reopen app.
