Limited Warranty and Returns

The quality of our books are very important. If your order is materially damaged or incorrect, please get in touch (at booksupport@notabli.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.

INFORMATION TO INCLUDE WHEN YOU CONTACT US:

  • Your order number
  • Details about any damage or errors
  • A photo that captures your area(s) of concern

🚑  If your book has been damaged during printing or shipping we will expedite a replacement to you at no cost.  

🔨 If we determine that your order was effected by a technical error, we will refund the total cost of the book(s), and if applicable, shipping charge. Once we confirm that the error has been resolved we'll let you know that you can reprint your book. 


Due to the personalized nature of our books, we will not replace products associated with any user error or creative choice. Please carefully proof the content and details of your order, paying attention to: poor photo quality and low resolution, spelling and grammar errors, incorrect information related to content, shipping and billing information. 

Be aware that colors vary from screen to screen and we are not responsible for any variations that might result from screen differences or differences between the colors on your device and the image colors created by professionally calibrated printing systems.
